If you want to be physically fit, there are gyms, trainers, and programs on every corner ready to help you get there. But where do you go to work on your recovery & well-being? How do you step away from the stress of daily life, to recover, to reset, and to take a moment just for yourself?
That’s where O-Studio comes in. I spent 17 years playing professional rugby at the highest level. Throughout that time, I began to understand the true impact of recovery, mindset, and well-being on performance.
Especially when my wife Laura was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. My physical fitness barely changed week to week, yet what was happening at home completely changed how I showed up on the field. That’s when I realised that performance isn’t just physical, it’s deeply personal, mental, and emotional.
My story isn’t unique. Everyone carries their own pressures, their own challenges, and their own need to slow down, reset, and recharge. For more than a decade since that realisation, I’ve dedicated my life and career to understanding recovery, building well-being practices, and helping others feel better, from elite athletes to everyday people.
O-Studio exists to give you a space to truly feel better.
With supportive communities and science-backed services like sauna, ice, float therapy, recovery tools, and more.
It’s a place to find calm, to connect, and to build a practice that strengthens both body and mind. Supporting you to can show up better in every part of your life.
